Is the main events place of COFFEE RUSH for live musical performances, garden weddings, art exhibits, private functions for really large groups, or just a place to unwind by dining, drinking and even dancing. Aside from having a stage with lights, sounds and smoke effects, this area also has a dance floor with a disco ball, a smoking section, a liquor bar, coffee bar, and its own kitchen and dedicated cashier so all orders can easily be taken and delivered per table. Drinks can include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, mocktails, wine, coffee, non-coffee, soft drinks and hard drinks. Regular evening performances by local bands specializing in different musical genres are scheduled almost every night here. Special celebrity bands, popular solo artists, and concerts of several collaborating performers are also organized here. Up to 200 seated guests can fit here.

DINING RESERVATION AGREEMENT

Minimum Consumable Amount:

Monday – Friday ₱ 300 per head

Saturday and Sunday ₱ 500 per head

Qualified Spaces:

All dining spaces may be reserved except the DURUNGAWAN and VISTA AL JARDIN which are exclusive for walk-in customers

Qualified Days :

You may reserve daily all qualified dining spaces during our operating hours

Qualified Time:

Strictly 2 hours dining only during the selected time of available slots inclusive of quick cleaning time in order to give chance to other reservations or even walk-in customers.

From which this amount will be paid and used as follows:

• 50% down payment upon booking

• 50% balance (plus additional orders/incidental expenses if any) to be paid after the reserved dining time before going home

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to dine with us via online reservation. We look forward to welcoming you and serving you our wide selection of mouth-watering food and invigorating beverages over a breathtaking view of the Metro Manila skyline and Laguna de Bay. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read carefully our terms and conditions of booking below. Your signature will serve as agreement to these terms.

• Once paid the 50% down payment to the VENUE OWNER becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable. The only exceptions are accidents, illness or emergencies that prevent the CLIENT from travelling, or when severe rains, flooding, or other serious unforeseen events and natural calamities in the vicinity that reasonably prevent the normal operations of the VENUE OWNER. In such qualified disruptions, the CLIENT is allowed to reschedule the activity on the next available date and time within 60 calendar days. Otherwise, if unavailed within 60 calendar days, the 50% downpayment will already be forfeited in favor of the VENUE OWNER.

• The CLIENT is reserved a guaranteed dining area/s with tables and chairs for _____ PERSONS on the specified date and time.

• The CLIENT can order food and drinks or allow his/her companions to order individually onsite during the specified reserved date and time to the assigned server

• In case there will be last-minute additional guests joining the CLIENT, an additional consumable amount per head (PHP300 or P500 whichever applies on the selected dining area) will be charged and settled by the CLIENT for the extra tables and chairs to accommodate them.

• During the reservation, the CLIENT will be assigned dedicated food servers from the VENUE OWNER’s personnel.

• Orders in excess of the consumable per head will be paid by the CLIENT before checking out. The usual government-mandated discounts (e.g., senior citizens or PWD) will only apply if claimed legitimately and if there are no better discounts availed from any on-going promos during the specified date. A service charge of 10% will also be applied.

• Before the 2-hour period is over, the CLIENT and his/her companions should settle any remaining bill, and leave the designated/reserved dining area

• If the CLIENT and/or some of his/her companions wish to extend the reservation, they may do so by booking online and pay the required 50% downpayment of the consummable amount to get an extra 2 hours.

• If the CLIENT and/or some of his/her companions want to extend but do not wish to pay the consumable amount or stay as long as 2 hours more, they may just transfer in the areas intended for walk-in customers like the DURUNGAWAN, VISTA AL JARDIN or even the BULWAGAN by ordering extra food and/or drinks just like the rest of the usual dining customers.

• Copies of the receipts will be given according to the number of vehicles brought inside the village by the guests plus an extra one for accounting/liquidation/reimbursement purposes

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS :

The parties agree that the CLIENT is solely responsible for the behavior, actions and/or inactions of his/her guests/companions like family members, relatives, friends or even pets while within the VENUE. As such, no excuses will be accepted by the VENUE OWNER for any delay, distraction, problem, issue, cancelation, or breach in the agreement directly or indirectly caused by the CLIENT’s guests/companions regardless if the incident is intentional or not. The VENUE OWNER though may extend some humane consideration for certain rare circumstances or unforeseen misfortunes, but is not legally obligated to do so.

HOUSE RULES:

The rules observed in the VENUE by the general public or clientele also remain applicable to the CLIENT and his/her own guests/companions

NON-EXCLUSIVITY:

While the CLIENT is given certain privileges and benefits to help make the stay an overall memorable, and pleasant experience, they are not absolute. Both parties are aware and agree that the entire VENUE remains open to the general public except for the assigned/reserved dining area/s for the exclusive use of the CLIENT and his/her companions/guests within the duration of the specified time. The other non-reserved facilities will remain open and shared to other dining customers. The CLIENT is initially provided with two (2) originals of this agreement, each of which is in the English language. If the CLIENT is agreeable to the terms and conditions set forth herein and wish to proceed with the event in the VENUE, please sign and date each original page and return one (1) original to the VENUE OWNER or its authorized representative. The other original is for the CLIENT to keep. Upon affixing signatures on both originals, each shall be deemed an original and shall constitute one and the same instrument. In the event of any conflict between the English language text of this agreement and any translation thereof, the English-language text shall control.
