Dining guests who wish to stay longer and have a sleepover may conveniently do so by booking here. We have the Coffee Rush TWIN HOUSE which is conveniently a few meters away from our store. More over stay-in guests may also explore the nearby golf course, casino, swimming pools, shooting range, petroglyphs and bike trail. Each house can be booked separately to accommodate 7-10 pax (total of 20 pax for both houses) which already includes breakfast. Those who wish to order lunch and / or dinner may easily do so by having it delivered from our store. The Twin House can also host private banquet events with ala carte or buffet up to 30 pax. In need of a performing band or musicians, we can also connect you to our stable of talents.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Your privacy is critical to us. Any data collected during the course of this booking will be confidential and not shared with any third party.

● Reservations are required.

● The price includes accommodation (with optional breakfast*), and is subject to applicable taxes. A deposit of one night’s stay by GCash, online banking, or credit card is required to guarantee reservations. We prefer one source of payment for the deposit and final bill. Final payment is due after breakfast on your final day.

● Kindly notify us immediately if there is any potential change in your booking

● Cancellations must be received at least 15 days in advance of the reserved date primarily for rebooking only within 3 months. If cancellation is preferred instead of rebooking and is received before 15 days from the reserved date, the return of deposit will be subject to a 10% service fee. There will be no refunds for early departures. Cancellations done less than 15 days from the reserved date will be subject to a 50% forfeiture fee from the downpayment to be refunded.

● Non-availability of Accommodation – We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would then refund your deposit in full. Our liability would not extend beyond this point.

● Check In is between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Check-ins later than 5 p.m. must be requested in advance of arrival day to prevent assumption of canceled booking. It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival. Please call the day before or morning of arrival.

● Check Out is at 11 a.m. Late check out at 12 p.m. may be requested by requesting ahead of time. Beyond 12 p.m. an extension fee may be charged by management depending on the hours needed. Please lock the door and return your key(s) to the Innkeeper. A minimum PHP 300 charge will be assessed for lost or missing keys. Remember to obtain a copy of your final paid invoice.

● Each house can accommodate comfortably 7 to 10 people. We welcome children, but please bring your own stroller and their travel accessories. We are in no manner child-proof for toddlers or children. For guests bringing a child, the child is to remain under the guest’s full and complete control and supervision at all times. The guest accepts full and complete responsibility for their child’s behavior and will not hold us liable in any way and will hold us and any of our personnel harmless.

● Each house can accommodate comfortably 7 to 10 people. We welcome children, but please bring your own stroller and their travel accessories. We are in no manner child-proof for toddlers or children. For guests bringing a child, the child is to remain under the guest’s full and complete control and supervision at all times. The guest accepts full and complete responsibility for their child’s behavior and will not hold us liable in any way and will hold us and any of our personnel harmless.

● Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home or the homes of your friends. Make sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Use the provided shoe rack and trash bins. Segregate your trash. Do not throw tissue paper or any packaging material in the toilet.

● Although we love pets, they cannot be accommodated in our facilities.

● We are not responsible for your valuables so please secure them. We can only assist you by reviewing the CCTV for possible suspects/strangers who might have entered the premises.

● We are a NO SMOKING establishment. No smoking is allowed in the building or within 50 feet of windows or exterior doors. Evidence of smoking in or near the area may result in a cleaning fee that starts at PHP 500 and may go up depending on the smell, soot, or other more serious, lasting damages.

● Parking is limited. Motorhomes, large trailers or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated.

● Noise should be kept to a minimum. We have a peaceful property within a private residential community. Noise must cease during the following hours:

● Consumption of Alcohol is allowed. For guests abusing this privilege, as determined by us or our personnel from any misconduct or damages, will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Furthermore, the cost of damages beyond your deposited amount will be charged against the guest.

● If you plan to bring food and drinks, you may use the diner ware, microwave, refrigerator and other kitchen appliances. Please refrain from washing greasy and stinky food in the sink to avoid clogging, flooding or lingering unpleasant smell inside.

● Food and beverage consumption is allowed on the first floor common areas only and not inside any of the bedrooms.

● The Bar area is restricted to our staff use only, for the health and safety of our guests.

● The Innkeeper’s quarters are also restricted.

● The burning of any type of combustible is not allowed in the guest room(s) or on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, candles and incense.

● Before leaving, please make sure that personal belongings are accounted for. And as a courtesy, please switch off the lights and unplug appliances.

● Damages and Breakages are the responsibility of the guest. Please take care when staying on our property. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may if the damage or breakage is significant so we can replace or at least have them still repaired.

● We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees.

● We reserve the right to terminate the balance of any guest’s stay without refund for any behavior that is in violation of the above Conditions, or that disrupts our operation. Guests asked to leave will be charged for the entire reservation. Other fees may be assessed related to missing or damaged property, cleaning fees, loss of room use fees as appropriate and determined by us.

Directions as well as schedule of dining and entertainment at our nearby COFFEE RUSH main store can be provided upon request. Ideas on other activities and nearby commercial places to visit are also available.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates for future stays.

The optional breakfast will be ordered, served and availed at the COFFEE RUSH store within Eastridge Village from 7am to 12pm. The optional package with breakfast is for up to 10 pax per house only. Any extra pax though may order ala carte at the store.
